     In recent years, I have seen the decline in quality and the prices go up in America. I come from the working class and know that I do not stand alone when it comes to this topic. The term " You get what you pay for", no longer seems to apply when it comes to alot of everyday goods. I picked Leather because it is a very unique type of material that has been used since dawn of time. A versatile item that has left its mark in every category of life from tools, fashion, sports, jewelery, furniture, and survival. It can be used softly or used for heavy duty tasks. It can be smoothed or it can roughened. I touched my first piece of leather in the year 2022 with an intent to bring some quality and effort back into the world. My passion for my work can be seen in my craftsmanship. This is my contribution.
